FRDSG Homes, Official Keyholder Agent of Hacienda del Álamo Golf Resort offers its clients the possibility of making a trip and free stay for clients visiting properties that are part of the Hacienda del Álamo developments.
This concept of travel is called Customer Experience.
Our goal is to offer time, information and a unique experience with which the client can see at first hand the excellence of the properties, as well as the quality of life of the resort’s surroundings. In addition, during your visit you can choose between an 18-hole green fee to try out at the fantastic Hacienda del Álamo golf course or free SPA circuit. Both services for two people.
To understand what a Customer Experience consists of, we will formulate and answer a series of frequently asked questions that will help the user to correctly understand the concept.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I STAY?

We offer nights at the Hacienda del Álamo tourist apartments. In the middle of the resort to enjoy firsthand the experience of living in the resort.
SINCE I ARRIVE IN MY FLIGHT, WILL SOMEONE BE AFFECTED OF ME?
Of course. From the moment you land until you leave for your destination, we will take care of your trip. We will pick you up at the airport and take you to the apartments. Besides, we will offer you a plan of actions during the trip where you can visit the properties, enjoy a golf session, lunch and dinner at the resort’s restaurants and of course free time to enjoy the surroundings and the incredible climate of the Costa Cálida.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE VISITS TO THE REAL ESTATE?
A specialized agent will personally assist you and provide you with all the information you need, as well as necessary requirements for the purchase of the property. In turn, we can put you in contact with reputable and independent lawyers so that they can deal with the matter of the purchase of the property. We can also help you in opening a bank account and put you in contact with local banks to request a mortgage if necessary.
BEFORE STARTING, SHOULD I PREPARE ANY DOCUMENTATION?
If you need a mortgage, it is recommended to obtain prior approval before your visit. HOW DO I ORGANIZE MY VISIT?
You just have to fill in the information that we require in the form at the end of the page and we will contact you to organize your trip. It is important that you organize with time so you can see the flights. Murcia’s new airport, Corvera, is just 15 minutes from Hacienda del Alamo and has many connections to airports in England and Belgium. In the near future, new airports in Norway will join the connections with the new International airport. If you do not get a direct flight to this airport, you have the possibility of Alicante airport, El Altet, which is only an hour away from Hacienda del Álamo Golf Resort. We will need that once your flight is organized, send us the information of the passages by email.
WHAT WILL MY EXPENDITURE BE IN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE?
GFA Real Estate takes care of the transfers from the airport, lunch and dinner and accommodation will be covered by us and you will not have to pay any money. The rest of expenses that are incurred in the trip will be borne by the client. The trips are designed mainly for two people who want to know Hacienda de Álamo Golf Resort and have the intention and desire to acquire one of the homes that are offered. Note: if the inspection trip does not make any reservation, you will not be paid the value of the passage of the flights.
